You call, we ask questions, and we book a technician. If diagnosis is needed on site, we charge a 200 dirham inspection fee, fully refunded against the work if you go ahead with our quote. The quote is fixed. It does not move when the ceiling comes down and the job turns out bigger than expected, because we priced the risk before we started. Work is done by our own technicians, not subcontracted labour we have never met. Materials are itemised. On completion you get a written report of what was found, what was done and what to watch for. Yes. Every technician who enters your home is on our payroll, trained by us and supervised by us. We do not pass domestic jobs to third-party subcontractors, which means the person who diagnosed the fault is accountable for the repair and any follow-up under warranty.
